During the third quarter of 2024, the top navigation and maps applications on Android in Kenya exhibited varied performance trends as reported by Sensor Tower.

GPS Satellite View: Live Maps from Sleek Mobile App maintained a relatively stable download rate, starting at 9.1K downloads in early July and ending the quarter with approximately 6K downloads. The app saw a gradual increase in weekly active users, peaking at about 41.8K in mid-September.

Radar - Speed Camera Detector showed fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at nearly 4K in mid-September. The active user base rose steadily, reaching around 5.1K by mid-September, reflecting increased user engagement over the quarter.

GPS Maps Navigation Live Map experienced a decline in downloads, starting at 2.5K in July and dropping to just above 500 by the end of September. Despite this, the app maintained a consistent active user base, averaging around 16K throughout the quarter.
